DAY ELEVEN

I'm working all over refining shapes using my small home made flat gradina, seen below with two small files.

.

My old friend, and one of the most important collectors of my marbles, Russell, said " Edmund, you must carve slower, it looks too easy, how are you going to get big prices for your marbles"?  Russell, it's not easy, if it were I would quickly lose interest. The roughing out is fast.

I only have one speed carving. You must remember those large two and a half ton blocks that I reduced to thin figures and piles of dust when I was learning to carve.
